1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged during delivery
  2. The product received is incorrect
  3. The product packaging is tampered or defective

To be eligible for a return:

    1. The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

    2. The product must be unused and in original packaging

    3. Unboxing video or clear images must be provided as proof

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  1. Opened or used products

  2. Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales

  3. Customized or special order items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. The product will be inspected

  2. If approved, refund will be Credited within 5–7 business days

  3. Refund will be issued to the original payment method

    Please note:

    1. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

    2. COD handling charges are non-refundable

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong product delivery:

  1. A replacement may be offered instead of refund

  2. Replacement will be shipped after verification

  3. We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

5. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  3. If cancelled before dispatch, full refund will be processed

6. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Wait for processing time
